




I created the marketing materials for a 2022 Edinburgh Fringe show titled Midnight snacks. We worked on a poster and flyer campaign using the brand guidelines of both the venue, Underbelly, and the production company for the event, Fountain 441. The main motifs for the show were food and space so I was given the ideas of the fridge in space for the poster and the fridge opening for the flyer by the client. They requested a "Cursed Children's Show" style to the marketing so I made my illustrations using simple vector shapes to mimic a ClipArt feel but used perspective drawing to give a sense of dread and hopelessness as the fridge drifts away from the reader. For the flyer I added details like the back of the fridge and left the front and back devoid of information so that the joke of the fridge flyers would really hit the reader and incite them to read further.
